Support appeal

Namaste and Tasidelek,
Today I am here before you with a sad appeal. Our dignified member of Dharma Danda Everest Summiteers’ Club (DDESC) Mr. Pem Chhiri Sherpa’s wife Ms. Yangji Sherpa has remained a kidney patient for the last 20 years. Her health condition had improved quite well after repeated operations and a kidney transplant in Apollo Hospital, India, performed five years ago, but at the cost of lifetime medicine. In the current times, she has shown symptoms of other health complexions; as a result, the doctor has prescribed an additive medicinal dose for 11 months. Mr. Sherpa having spent all his savings on his wife’s treatment is in a vast crater of financial deprivation now. Besides his wife’s treatment, Mr. Sherpa has to take care of his father, who is paralyzed, asthmatic and suffers from cardiac problems. In figures, the total monthly cost of treatment and medicine sums up to NRS. 45,000 to 50,000. In the middle of the pandemic, with no employment and sourceless of other income, we can’t even imagine how Mr. Sherpa can keep up with it all.
It is from my deepest empathies that I plead before everyone to help Mr. Sherpa in these harsh times. For 11 months, the amount for the well-beingness of his wife and father totals NRS. 4,95,000. For a fellow tourism worker and a mountaineer, any help from you would be a life savior. We, the Dharma Danda Everest Summiteers’ Club are on it with our fullest efforts and request with you to contribute a needy husband, a son, and an Everest summiteer.
We plead before you with a tremendous expectation of humility and kindness.
